SERVICES FOR CORPORATES FOR RECOVERY FROM OTHER CORPORATES

Issuance of Demand Notice to other corporates under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 for recovery of an Operational or Financial Debt. ( Corporate Debtor has to reply within 10 days or submit details of payment done)
Initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) with NCLT.
To act as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) & to act as Resolution Professional(RP)
Advisory on shifting recovery proceedings against debtors of the client from other mechanisms (winding up proceedings under the Companies Act etc.) to IBC mechanism.
