CA Dhiraj Khandelwal
CA. Dheeraj Khandelwal is an eminent and experienced Fellow Chartered Accountant having experience of 18 years and is a Insolvency expert. With his expertise in providing professional services, he has proved his milestone in the area of rehabilitation of companies, Business Restructuring/Advisory including other relevant areas and worked for many corporates in area of project financing, Turnaround Consultancy, debt restructuring, etc. He also has vast experience in driving Client Relationships and in the field of FEMA, Cross Border Transaction, direct/indirect tax consultancy, Audits, Company Law Matters. Apart from this he has also been involved in offering advisory services on accounting systems accounting principles and their conformity with Indian/International Accounting Standards.

Along with working on numerous projects for arrangement of Project and Corporate finance, he also has experience in dealing with stressed companies. He has evaluated and successfully acquired more than 20 accounts for ARCs. He has managed more than 10 accounts for resolution and made recoveries from them and further also involved in restructuring and monitoring of Restructured Accounts.

He is the Central Council Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India 2016-2019 and was Member of WIRC of ICAI - 2007-2016.  He has also authored books;
i) CSR - A Handbook
ii) Handbook on Green Audit.
 
CA IP Kailash Chandra Gupta
CA IP Kailash Chandra Gupta is a chartered accountant having around 25 years of enriched experience in the field of Finance and Accounts and related matters. He has working experience with different types of the organizations from a large to medium size, Manufacturing, services and trading business, Local and overseas companies etc and are capable of handling different types of the matters in different type of environment as per the requirements. Besides Finance and Accounts, he has also handled other allied functions say Taxation matters, Costing, Budgeting, Commercial matters, Factory supervision, Recruitments and ERP Implementation amongst others.

He is Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI. He is also qualified Company Secretary and DISA (ICAI)

With his expertise in professional services, he has undertaken various turnkey projects and provided end to end solutions to the clients, which includes banks, insurance companies and corporate houses, across various sectors. He has handled various assignments in Cross Border Transactions advisory (FEMA and International Taxation planning and compliances, IPO/FPO, restructuring (corporate restructuring & capital markets), transaction support, transaction evaluation, modeling and structuring the transactions & private equity.

Mr. Nagori has written and released a book on "Guide on Audit of Corporate Social Responsibility" and also a book on "Importance of Anti Money Laundering Measures and Effective KYC in Financial Transactions".
